We Will Find Someone More Compatible
I know I haven’t been active a lot, thanks to Gemini. But because of that, I learned a very important thing about relationships and connections, which I wanna share here.
By the way, it’s 5 am in the morning, and I was just watching Tom Hardy’s MobLand (2025) if you haven’t watched it please do.
Great show!
Anyway, so after writing like 11 stories with different romantic interests, I realized that when we first meet someone, we feel like they are the one, and if that relationship ends, we break into pieces because we connect our mind, soul and body with them.
It becomes a symbiotic relationship, both of us feeding off of each other, whether we like to admit it or not.
And when it ends, we feel like we will never find someone like them, and then some of our friends and family tell us we will find someone better.
Or some of us go on this journey to find someone, while others just close themselves.
For those who actually find them, CONGRATULATIONS!
But my point of discussion here is that your partner is not better than the previous one; that person is more aligned with your mind, body and soul than the previous one. Which, in clinical terms, they refer to as more compatible.
Means you think alike, speak alike or behave alike. Or it could be the complete opposite, like you wanna self on the right side and your partner on the left [Friends sitcom reference]. But in a way that complements both of you and diminishes none of your choices and authority.
Compatibility can come in many forms, since I am no relationship expert I can’t offer you details, you can search Google for it like me.
All I can tell you is that line “we just clicked”, it’s real and it works.
So until that clicking day just be open. Do not let some incompatible relationships bring you down.
Now a Question might come to your mind,
Why am I the best person to say this?
The answer is I am the most stuck-up guy you will ever meet, that is why.
It is impossible for me to let go. But after this realization hit me, I am practicing it.
Soon, I hope I will be in much better control of my attachments.
You do let me know what you think in the comments!
Thank you for staying until the end!
